• On 25 February 2009 presentation of the new logo of JSC “Kor Standard Bank” was held.
• On 26 June 2008 merger of Standard Bank with Kor Bank took place; The bank’s name was changed into “Kor Standard Bank”
• March 2008 – 100% of the shares of Standard Bank was purchased by Kor Bank, the founder of which is the investment company “Dhabi Group”
• April 2008 - A new  Unit was opened in Didi Dighomi
• February 2008 - A new  Unit was opened in Pekini
• August 2007 - A new  Unit was opened in Vazha-pshavela Avenue

• December 2005 - Standard Bank founded the Rural Credit Co-operatives Refinancing Company
• December 2005 - Standard Bank established the Leasing company "Standard Leasing"

• September 2005  - Standard Bank issued VISA International plastic cards
• June 2005 - The Agro Business Bank of Georgia changed its name into Standard Bank

• March 2005  - An agreement between SALFORD and European Commission was signed, according to which representation company of the International investment Company SALFORD in Georgia - SALFORD GEORGIA found appropriate investor companies

• February 2005 - The Agro-Business Bank has launched the Western Union International transfers
• December 2004- European Commission developed a project - "Strengthening of Agro-Business Bank of Georgia", for implementation of which consulting company SOFRECO was invited

• January 2000 - The President of Georgia and the Head of the European Commission Delegation in Georgia inaugurated the Agro-Business Bank of Georgia
• December 1999  - The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the European Commission and the Government of Georgia
• December 1999  - The Agro-Business Bank of Georgia obtained the license for the banking activities
